Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Boise Masonic Center Venue Rental: We understand that plans may change, and sometimes events need to be cancelled. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking deposit paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Notice Period: A minimum notice of 30 days prior to the event date is required for cancellations. 3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside of the specified notice period may result in forfeiture of the entire rental fee. 4. Cancellation Process: To cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be considered valid upon receipt of written confirmation from the client. 5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event instead of cancelling, please contact us to discuss alternative dates. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 6. Force Majeure: In the event that the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the client's control, such as natural disasters or government mandates, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or providing credit for a future event. 7.
